I started CrossFit in August 2015. I came to crossfit as a runner and a triathlete, and I thought it would help me get stronger. Through CrossFit, I absolutely got stronger, mentally and physically, and I discovered all sorts of things about how my body moves and how much fun it can be to train yourself like an athelete. I particularyly enjoy the Olympic lifts, they demand both physical strength and efficiency of movement, it’s so fun.
I went to level one training to learn more about the CrossFit methodology, and with the hope that someday an opportunity would present itself where I could learn to help other people, the way that I had been, to use Crossfit to grow the strengths inside of themselves. It’s a real honor to be among this group of people.
