CFL1 CrossFit Coach

I started training at CrossFit InnerDrive in June of 2014. Since early 2013, fitness has become a priority in my life. CrossFit has allowed me to find a new level of fitness that not only focuses on physical fitness but mental strength, nutrition and comradery. It has continued to keep me challenged, interested and accountable with my fitness. I continued to train throughout my first pregnancy with CrossFit’s flexibility to scale any WOD to anyone’s capabilities. In March 2017 I obtained my Level 1 Certification and began coaching at InnerDrive in April 2017. It has been such an amazing journey to work and train next people with such a wealth of knowledge for fitness and such positive attitudes.

When I’m not coaching I am a wife, a mom and work as a Quality Assurance Manager for a food manufacturing facility. My hope is to influence people to live a healthier lifestyle in and out of the box. The smallest progress is so motivating; my goal is to help people discover those small successes and achieve the goals they didn’t know they had!
