I stepped out of my comfort zone of long distance running to give CrossFit a try and have seen the benefits in my fitness, strength, and overall health but not without knowing a solid foundation in nutrition. As a Heath Coach at Eaton Sport and Spine, I have found myself jumping into the world of nutrition and learning how to help others accomplish their health goals. With a degree in Exercise Science, I understand the importance of combining nutrition and training. As Crossfit Innerdrive’s Nutrition Coach, I am excited to see athletes take on their nutrition just like they’ve taken on their training.
