I have been a certified group fitness instructor since 2003; Instructing yoga, Pilates, spinning, TRX, and kickboxing. I love to learn and continue to grow by taking continuing education classes and attending fitness and wellness events. I consider health and wellness to be my hobby. In 2015, I became very curious about CrossFit and I was seeking something “different,” mostly looking for a new challenge. I completed my very first workout in the fall of 2015 and I was hooked! CrossFit will not only make you look good on the outside, but you’ll feel great on the inside. I love to share my passion and dedication with anyone who Is willing to get on a mat.
