CrossFit can be intimidating for new members stepping into the gym, thats why we have our intro sessions to ease into classes!


Intro Class Features:

  • 3x 1-on-1 sessions
  • Intro to CrossFit
  • 1 hour long
  • Warm up, strength, endurance piece, cool down
