We have partnered with the online coaching company MyoBrain to provide one-on-one nutrition coaching for our members. The company was founded by a registered dietitian, and all their coaches have extensive experience with all kinds of athletes. This is not a quick fix diet, but a company that believes in creating science-based individual plans that will guide you throughout the entire process.
Teaching kids how to properly move their bodies from a young age to carry over into their long lives ahead. All while they have fun thinking they’re playing with their peers.
Both a Weightlifting and Endurance option offered every week on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Extra time focusing on proper form in Weightlifting is very beneficial, and dedicated Endurance work transfers directly to all other kinds of training.
Leaving the barbells and weights on the wall, and letting the clock run to get a good sweat in for the day. Sometimes we don’t want to get heavy loads out and just need to move for a while.
